Important information

Please note the following check-in times

  • Monday, 15 September, No Check-In
  • Tuesday, 16 September, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
  • Wednesday, 17 September, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
  • Thursday, 18 September, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
  • Friday, 19 September, 7.00 am to 8.00 am


Please note the following times for dismantling:

  • Sunday, 21 September – after the last race
  • Monday, 22 September – before 10.00 am

Departure during the races is strictly forbidden. Teams leaving before the last race on Sunday will not be placed near the start/finish area.

  • Bookings are accepted up to 4 weeks (15 August) before the event.
  • Booking before 31 July 2025: Regular expo price according to rates
  • Booking after 1 August 2025: Late booking fee CHF 300.00


Cancellation:

  • Until 15th August 2025: CHF 300.00 cancelation fee
  • 15th to 31th August 2025: 50% of booking fee, min. CHF 300.00
  • After 1st September 2025: 100% cancellation fee

A security service will patrol in the expo area from Tuesday until Sunday from 6.00 pm to 8.00 am. Any liability is excluded.

Team Information

Please give us the correct invoice address. Invoices will be sent after receipt of booking. Payment must be made by the date of the event. If payment is not made by the time of the event, the team will not be granted access to the event site.
