Important information

Please note the following check-in times

  • Monday, 15 June 2026, no Check-In
  • Tuesday, 16 June 2026, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
  • Wednesday, 17 June 2026, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
  • Thursday, 18 June 2026, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
  • Friday, 19 June 2026, 7.00 am to 8.00 am


Please note the following times for dismantling:

  • Saturday, 20 June 2026, no dismantling possible
  • Sunday, 21 June 2026, after the last race
  • Monday, 22 June 2026, before 10.00 am

Departure during the races is strictly forbidden. 

  • Bookings are accepted up to 4 weeks (15 May 2026) before the event.
  • Bookings before 15 May 2026: Regular expo price according to rates
  • Bookings after 15 May 2026: Late booking fee CHF 300.00

Cancellation:

  • Until 15 May 2026: CHF 500.00 cancellation fee
  • After 15 May 2026: 100% cancellation fee

A security service will patrol in the expo area from Tuesday until Sunday from 6.00 pm to 8.00 am. Any liability is excluded.

Please select the applicable paddock space. If your registration is unclear, we will assign you to Paddock C. Paddock B – invited UCI MTB teams must have received a Wildcard from the UCI. If you are unsure which paddock you belong to, please contact Philipp Waldis (philipp.waldis@mtbworldcup.ch).

Please give us the correct invoice address. Invoices will be sent after receipt of booking. The invoice must be paid within 10 days of receipt. Furthermore, the booking will only be accepted once the invoice has been paid in full. Without payment, there will be no access to the event site.

The costs for a Paddock are as followed: - Price per m2 is 30.-/m2 -> Maximum area: 100m2

Free area for Nationals Teams is 30m2

Please indicate the total size of your Paddock, including all tents, vehicles, etc. that will be located on your Paddock.

TEAM SAFETY DECLARATION & LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By submitting this form, I confirm that I am an authorized representative of the team and that all statements made are true and complete. I acknowledge and accept full responsibility and liability on behalf of the team in accordance with this declaration.

Please answer all questions with Yes / No:

Are all electrical installations, cables and equipment compliant with applicable regulations (e.g. CH/EU standards), professionally installed and suitable for outdoor use?

Are all cables routed and protected to eliminate trip hazards (e.g. cable ramps, covers)?

Are all electrical devices tested, safe, and fit for purpose (including any specialist equipment)?

Are generators and heating systems operated in compliance with safety regulations, properly ventilated, and positioned at a safe distance from people, tents, and vehicles?

Are all fuels (petrol, diesel, gas, etc.) stored, transported, and secured in accordance with legal requirements?

Are all gas bottles certified, undamaged, properly secured, and inspected by a competent person?

Are safe handling procedures and proper disposal methods in place for empty or damaged gas containers?

Does the team have adequate, functional, and accessible fire safety equipment?

Is all waste properly separated, handled, and disposed of in accordance with local regulations?

Is any hazardous waste handled and disposed of in compliance with applicable regulations?

Do you confirm that no wastewater will be discharged into natural water bodies or stormwater drains, and that an appropriate and compliant wastewater management and disposal plan is in place (either using approved onsite facilities or offsite disposal)?

By signing this document, the team legally confirms that:

All installations, equipment, and activities within their paddock area comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and event rules;

The team assumes full responsibility for ensuring the safety of all persons and property within their area;

The team is fully liable for any damage, injury, or loss (including personal injury, property damage, and financial loss) arising from their operations, equipment, or conduct.

The event organizer accepts no liability, to the extent permitted by law, for incidents occurring within the team’s area of responsibility;

The organizer reserves the right to take immediate action in case of safety violations (including removal from site) without compensation;

The team holds valid liability insurance covering participation in the event and all associated risks.
